Take on up to 5 miles of raw terrain with the Ruck Trail. Rucking builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness while giving you a full-body, low-impact workout that hits harder than you think. Why Rucking?
Rucking is one of the most effective and accessible forms of fitness. By carrying weight in a backpack or vest, you burn more calories than walking, strengthen your back, core, and legs, and improve posture and endurance while keeping it easy on your joints. It trains both the body and the mind, building resilience with every step.
Rip & Ruck
Two miles of rucking meets a hard-hitting kettlebell workout. The ruck builds stamina, strength, and resilience, while the kettlebells fire up your core, grip, and total body power. Together, they forge grit, endurance, and functional strength that prepares you for whatever life throws your way.
Why Kettlebells?
Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to build strength, stability, and explosive power. The dynamic movements target multiple muscle groups at once, improving balance, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. From swings to presses, kettlebells strengthen your body in ways that mimic real-life demands, making you stronger, leaner, and more resilient.
Locked & Loaded
This course combines grit and skill: a 3-mile ruck followed by a live shooting lesson at Paladin Center in Carmel, NY led by instructor John. You will train your body under weight, then sharpen your focus with hands-on firearms training. The payoff is survival skills, self-reliance, and the confidence to perform under pressure.
Why Live Shooting?
Live shooting builds focus, discipline, and composure under stress. Learning firearm safety and accuracy strengthens hand-eye coordination and sharpens decision-making skills. Combined with the endurance and grit of rucking, it trains both body and mind to stay steady, confident, and in control when it matters most.
